Connecting Stripe and PayPal for payments

Gruvik supports two ways for customers to pay an invoice online: Stripe (card payments) and PayPal. You can connect one or both — customers see whichever options are configured on the invoice's payment page.

To connect Stripe: go to Settings → Integrations → Stripe and follow the onboarding link. This uses Stripe Connect, so payments go directly to your own Stripe account — nothing routes through an intermediary account.

To connect PayPal: go to Settings → Integrations → PayPal and enter your PayPal business credentials.

Once connected, every sent invoice includes a secure payment link. Payments are recorded against the invoice automatically, and the invoice's status updates (partially paid, paid in full) without any manual entry needed.

If neither is connected, you can still record a payment manually against an invoice — useful for cash, check, or any payment collected outside the app.
