Chasing money you're owed

Automatic reminders, batch reminders, and late fees.

Automatic overdue notice. An hourly sweep flips invoices to Overdue and sends a one-time past-due email at that moment. The day offset is configurable in Settings → Automations (default 0 — the moment it crosses the due date).

A second reminder can be enabled with its own independent offset (default 14 days, off until you turn it on). It keeps a separate idempotency stamp, so enabling it never changes when the first one fires.

Batch reminders. Select several outstanding invoices from the list and send reminders in one action. Invoices that aren't outstanding, or whose customer has no email, are skipped and reported back rather than silently dropped.

Late fees (Settings → Organization, off by default) add a one-time flat or percentage fee once an invoice is past a grace period. The fee is never taxed, is itemised as its own line everywhere totals appear, and is applied exactly once per invoice. Both you and the customer are notified the moment it's applied — never a silent charge.

Draft reminders. If a manually-created invoice sits unsent as a draft for 3+ days, you get a one-time nudge. Most platforms only nudge about work with no invoice yet, not an invoice you created and forgot to send.
